Leasing Notes

We know that you don't lease apartments everyday and we certainly don't expect you to be an expert on the subject.  Please allow us to answer all the leasing questions that you or your parents may have.  Don't hesitate to ask for help by emailing, calling, or stopping by.  If you prefer, we can even set up a personal appointment.    

Electric Agreement

This form is NOT required for the 2025-2026 lease year as we include this and all utilities in our simple plan pricing! *Charge back may occur for excessive usage. 

Garage Parking Agreement

This form is OPTIONAL for the 2025-2026

 lease year.  Our back parking lot is one of our many free amenities, but if you want to take it to the next level sign up for one of our limited number of garage spaces.  

WARNING - They lease up very quickly!!!

Roommate Placement Service 

This form is  IS REQUIRED for the 2025-2026 lease year if you do not have a roommate.  NO ROOMMATE?  No problem!  Use this form to help find a roommate.  This form is not required if you already have found your roommate(s).

Community Policies

This form IS REQUIRED for the 2025-2026 leasing year and should accompany your lease agreement and administrative fee. 

Lease Agreement

This forms IS REQUIRED for the 2025-2026 lease year.     A $250 non-refundable administrative fee is due with this form.  Cashiers check, personal check, or money order accepted.  No Security Deposit Required!
